Modalities

We’re trained to provide different modalities to create effective treatments for patients.

Each therapist possesses experience in unique complementary modalities that can be tailored to each client’s individual needs during their treatments.

The use of each modality depends on the client's goals and can be discussed during the initial appointment or booked ahead of time.

Our Modalities

Acupuncture

Neurofunctional acupuncture is a nerve stimulation technique in which acupuncture needles are inserted into anatomical sites and stimulated manually or with electricity. Therapeutic benefits include: regulating the nervous system, reducing pain, improving functional problems and more.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is a pain-free, unique, complete, and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance, and pain relief.

IASTM

Instrument Assisted-Soft Tissue Mobilization is a soft tissue technique that involves using instruments made from different materials ranging from stone to metal and applied to different areas of the body. The practitioner uses the instrument to improve the quality of scar tissue and diminish the build-up of adhesions to improve healing and tissue quality.

Cupping

Myofascial cupping is a soft tissue therapy that encourages healing by creating a negative pressure or suction on the skin using plastic or glass cups that pull up underlying tissues, blood, and other fluids close to the skin's surface. This technique can improve inflammation, pain and healing of the treated area.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology tape is a flexible fabric tape that can be applied to the skin. It can be used to provide a variety of positive effects for the client, including: improving muscle firing, posture and lymphatic drainage.
